They look nice..but blow out prematurely. Ron (tweazy) had to replace just one bulb in just a month of usage (poor quality).

I like the pic of the lights...I'm debating to upgrade to Silverstars myself.

Anyhow, I also like how the Solara's front end at night does look a little sinister. You guys think so? I think someone agreed with me a while back.

HID systems vary in price, heat range/color and manufacturer. The most popular system out right now is by McCulloch.

Have a quick question for you Flipside909-

I think I'm going to upgrade to the Silverstars but am wondering if I should disconnect my DRL or not with them. Is this something that's more of a personnal preference? Or would it be a good idea just so I could prolong the life of the Silverstars? I've read several threads and I guess am still unsure whether or not I should do this and what the bennifits and/or disadvantages of it are. Thanks-

I disconnected the DRL's because of personal preference. And yes, it does save the life of any bulb you put in there. I need to disable the AUTO ON feature of my headlights since it's annoying when I drive up to a gate guard on base (especially when there are signs clearly posted saying to dim your headlights as you approach).

Yeah I have that same problem as well whenever I go on the Air Force Academy...although it's because of the DRL's. No one has said anything yet though. What will disconnecting the auto on feature and disabling the DRL's do other than giving me the option when I want my headlamps on? Will this end up affecting any other functions at all?

Then it seems like the 2003s' can let you turn DRL on and off by yourself.
Does anyone have tried RAZO bulbs besides me? It seems pretty good to me.

To disable the auto on feature...it's described from a previous thread. Just SEARCH for "Auto on disable" or etc.

As for the 02-03 models, they came with a seperate detent in the turnsignal/headlight stalk which allows you to leave it on AUTO or control it manually just like normal.

Razo isn't really known for lightbulbs since they are just fairly new to the scene. They are known for other accessories i.e. shift pedals, knobs and etc...not bulbs.
