I just put my greddy on (brand new) and the smell after wards when i was driving gave me the biggest dizziness. Is this norm? smells like burning plastic. Also I had the a/c on and my breathe blew smoke (like when it snows) and after 5 mins, the vents got moist. WDF ?

my vents get condensation all the time... mainly when its chilly with heat on, but ive gotten it the other way around before (warm outside, a/c kicken).

but burning plastic smell from exh. does not sound normal.

its just the new fresh clean metal getting a taste of new life. The smell will go away. Its also because the stock exhaust was restrictive enough that allot of buildup formed in the sections of exhaust..Now your opening up with free flow, Its pushing all that stuff out..

I was driving tonight with AC in Boston (Our Area) It's weird I was getting wet vents and even foggy windows. No matter what I did. Then fog rolled in when it got dark rich. :)

As stated above: The smell should burn off in about 200 miles. Most of this info doesn't apply directly to you, but is helpful to everyone in general:

Typical sources of exhaust smell are:
- From the fiberglass inside the muffler: Pre-formed fiberglass inserts are held in shape by a binder coating or perforated plastic wrap. Both of these materials will burn away over time. Unfortunately, they stink to high heaven.
- Pipe coating from the factory tube mill. Usually smokes a little bit after start up. Goes away within the day.
- Any labels on the pipes. (Part numbers, brand stickers, etc.) These will either burn off or turn near black and say on the pipe. (Ugly)
- Any WD40 you've sprayed during install or greasy hand prints burning off.
- Any sulfur smells are the result of high sulfur content in the fuel and the catalytic converter washcoat. (Not related to your question on changing exhaust)

Just to be safe:
- Check the routing of the exhaust to make sure there is adequate clearance between the floorboard and pipes or other undercar items. (Fuel evaporative canisters, brake lines, fuel lines, wiring, parking brake cable, etc..)
- Feel the floorboard for hot spots. I have seen burnt carpet due to exhaust routing or over-rich cars dumping unburnt fuel into the exhaust. (The converter smolders with the fuel till a melt down occurs.)
