7.5" wide with anything from 35 to 40 should be no problem. (half an inch is about 6mm...so you have 3mm more each way to work with for offset).

And stock wheels sit inward because thier 6 inches wide. When you add two more inches, the 5mm difference in offset wont make much of a difference for how the wheel "sits".

You may not rub with +35s. Cant tell til you put them on and hit a bump or pothole with the rear wheel/s. 40s def will not rub the fender.

I believe his extension is 646 btw.

I'm just curious as to how you all learned sooo much about wheel fittings, I'd loved to be as well versed in the matter as you guys, is it experience of gonig through several different types, talking to sales reps on the phone or what? please just pm me, embarassed enough as it is that I'm still such a nube :wink: thanks

Hey man thanks a bunch you just made my day. I call and talked to Riley and he looked up in the computer system that they do have in stock the black ar1's with the 40mm offset. So it looks like im getting those. I just have to save up the cash now! Thanks for all your help.
