performance oriented tune up

Im close to 90k miles with no tune up yet. Can someone list me everything i should do in the interest of performance? I already ordered the fuel filter, spark plugs, and i already have new wires as of about 2,000 miles ago. Any help would be great, my track times suck for the mods I've got so I believe this is part of the reason.

so you never did 60k tuneup? thats not too great...theres not much regular maintenance that coincides with performance mods, don't try to "get it all done" at once. for 90k do the tranny flush, timing belt water pump, etc etc. check with some local reputable shops.

I got my timing belt, timing belt tensioner, and water pump changed for $450 and for tranny flush I usually see coupons from Jiffy Lube to do it for like $100

Yeah pops got his 98 Camry done for about $500. :o
But that wit a new front gasket.
So mine would be about $400????
Will see.

Yeah as for performance mods wise; how much money you want to burn in the process of gettin' them.

I think since you are at the stage that getting water pump or radiator flush, why dont you get a TRD thermostat along with high pressure radiator cap?

spark plug-> denso iridium spark plug is a very good choice.

also have a clean service on your thorttole body and intake maniford

I think im goign to start with the tranny flush since the stuff isn't cheap. When I get the CAI put on, ill get whoever that puts it on to clean out my throttle body.
