Floormats

The driver side has a hook holding the floormat in place and mine has broken off, leaving the floormat to slide up which is annoying the crap out of me. Does anyone have an idea for either a quick fix or know how to replace this hook?

Just order a new hook from Toyota.

damn... the hooks break ? :( I like the innovative hook that holds the floor mat in place! It kicks butt! (The floor mat in my old car always rode up to the point where it was preventing me from accel. lol)

is it ok to glue the mat down? what if you wanted to clean it out?

i'm surprised they slide...i dont have the clips on and they stay perfectly. i didn't put the clips b/c i didn't like where it positioned the mat..it was like off center.

After my clips mysteriously disappeared it was no big deal. My mat doesn't slide either.

I wouldn't reccomend glueing it down. You could use a real high strength velcro but its still not worth it
