if you had a stock 99 black solara, what would be the first upgrade you would make, besides a supercharger or trd body kit?

Lowering springs and performance struts are the first thing I'd do, even before the supercharger and definitely before a body kit. But, it all depends on your priorities.

Depends on the money you have to work with and how much you use your car.

I'd say go with a sweet stereo which should be the cheapest upgrade, other than tint

If you can get rims and then lower it
