I already contacted this guy he doesn't seem to be willing to release the details ie model number, color, hoses, condition. :/

Well, it says pipe only :-?

Assuming this is the pipe that is used for the 1MZ, how hard would it be to get the other pieces needed to put it all together?

not hard at all. all you need is the filter, which i would rather buy an aftermarket as opposed to the stock filter they give you, and the hose lines. but, you can always use the stock hose lines. you also need a coupling which can be bought for about $14 and the clamps. not very hard. but id be concerned over people not wanting to realse any information if they are selling it.
