ok this has happened alot now the car just wont start it will crank then fire and go up to about 600k but then it will start to shake and die......anyone else had this problem... cuase its really starting to freak me out

It's most likely your idle air controller. Search on the forum for IAC.

It can be adjusted, but it may need to be replaced
