also anyone in the area of "Biloxi, MS" that can have the aiming tested on? (Gen 1 solara for now) if this goes through for me... a Gen 1.5 projector retrofit could easily be done without aim test (just line it up with highbeam output)

You know what..you could actually get away w/ using the aftermarket 'black housing' ones to do this mod..considering the light is going to be produced through the projector.

I am trying to sell my black headlights. I'm not willing to donate them for free, but I do want to get rid of them...

So...do we get the headlights with projectors back for free when the project is done?

Or do you get to keep them...:-?

im planning to ship him the headlights and pay for the projectors and the labor costs. If he can does it (and he is confident he can) I will use the projectors and send him the other set of headlights. If you want the headlights with the projectors after I can have you pay just the projector and labor costs. If this works out Im thinking of hookin up with him and split some profit on this.

But yeah, whoever donates a set of headlights will have the oppurtunity of the headlights with projectors with the flat cost of projectors and labor he charges me.

It would be best if some donated thier old headlights to your, and then wheneva he is done wit it, then you can send the reciept back to the owner and then they can have their headlights back........

Rich: IMO, the best option for you would be to 'borrow' someone's lights while yours are in the shop being retro'ed. post-retrofitting you can return your 'borrowed' lights!
