AC troubles?

AC troubles?

Postby minchman » Mon Nov 21, 2005 2:45 pm

I noticed yesterday night that the light bulb behind the AC logo button had gone out. This was also when I also noticed that there was a peculiar smell coming out of the vents. Can someone verify if having the AC light bulb off is the way the car's computer is diagnosing a problem with the AC system? I am not sure if the electronics in these Solaras are that sophisticated. Thanks!

My AC light blinked before and I checked back to the manual which said that it needs to be serviced..
