my wife's 2000 has the trd supercharger on it and around may she was "testing it out" and it starting hesitating really bad around 5k rpms(still went all the way to redline though). Check engine light comes on so we took it to the stealership and they said it was causing some misfire codes. They changed sparkplugs, checked the timing and all was well. Well yesterday moring i was driving it, got it up to 5k to get on the highway and it hesitated again. Check engine light came on and stayed on. It idles fine, rides fine at highway at highway speeds. If i put in in neutral it was go up to 6500rpms without a skip but when in drive it wants to sputter around 5. anybody have any insight or knowledge they want to share? I'm going to take it to autozone and have them check the codes.

Like what "SCV6" said.
