my best guess would be because its so cold. how does it start after its been running for a while? another thing you could do is make sure you have a full tank of gas. cars always start funny when its cold and you have like half a tank. if you dont notice a difference i'd take it to a shop and have them check the starter. thats all i gots.

well if mine is on accidently, it shows me on the remote that the car was started....and it has a 12 min run time anyway....yea so since its cold now i just go turn it on manuall...set the remote start on while the car is on , i get out and lock the car, go home, eat my breakfast or watever and the car is warmed up....

put 5-30 oil in ur engine and it should make ur car a teeny bit easier to start. If its gets real cold like, 10- degrees below freezing, try 0-20 oil.

If you're still on the OEM battery, i'd be willing to bet your battery is going dead.

Batteries typically last 4-5 years and are most likely to fail in extreme heat or cold.

Yeah. What they said. You might want a stronger battery that pumps out more CCA's (cold cranking amps), but it does suck to not have remote ignition in the cold (the only reason I'd get it myself)
