I HATE ICE
I HATE THE CURB

i was entering the highway and there was ice and i slid and i hit the curb...

i think my axle is messed up and maybe my strut too... its on the driver side front...

has this happened to anyone? how much do you think it will cost......

anyyyyyyway azndragonv, theres been quite a few posts within the last two weeks about ppl and their troubles in ice. Look in the General Section and you might find some info

but overall, have it checked out... all accidents are different and every inch could mean more money

yeah, same thing happened to me last year. ended up just needing an outer tie rod.

I have all the suspension parts I bet. I need to see your car though so i can figure out what you need. That or talk to moe. One of us can help you out. There is a camry in the yard just a matter of price and what not. :(

ok thanks...do you think it will be a lot..cuz my car is at stevenson right now and they said we should use the insurance....

I think we've all done this at least once in our lives or will end up doing it at least once. I on the other hand have been so lucky to have done it twice. I use to have a picture of my f'd up civic on the tow truck. Bent and ripped up rim, destroyed tire, wrinkled fender, broken axle - the joint was almost toarn in half. And not to forget, when I hit the island, I almost ran it through a street sign. The sign ripped my side mirror off. If I hit it straight on, I would have had to pay to replace the sign. For the next two years, I would drive by and see the dog eared sign that my mirror scared.
