I've gotten an good offer from a friend of mine for tires/rims package. The rims size is 18x7.5 Offset : 48mm and the the tires are 235/40/R18. My question is, would it rub?

They'll rub, 48 offset is too much for our cars.

Haven't heard any scraping/rubbing beside the squeaking on my TRD RSB. Been lazy to lube it but it mostly squeaks in the cold air.

You have the exact sizing i have. Just need 5mm spacers for the rear I think and you're set. But i'm on Tein SS coilover so you'll have issues with the strut mount I think.
