I was at the Noho Toyota parts department today and had them check the part numbers for the Scion tC, and Toyota Solara I4 flywheels, and they are in fact the same. This means that the Fidanza aluminum flywheel WILL fit the Solara 2.4 liter I4! Those of us with the 2.4 can now have more power go to the wheels now!

Wow, that's cool!

BTW, did you talk to Rafa (Rafael)? He's the parts manager there and a tuner too...He's the only one I talk to when I need OEM parts. :D

Astro, it looks like you are in Cali, I am in western MA, so we may not be talking about the same dealership. NOHO is short for Northampton, a town in western Massachusetts.

i20solara02i, did you mean there are Hi-performance aftermarket camshafts for the tC? If so, where? I need a longer exhaust duration cam to lessen turbo lag and promote cylinder evacuation! I haven't been able to find anything cam wise for the 2.4.

I have no idea, I'm just the janitor here. Many of the stores in that town call themselves "Noho this" or "Noho that." Could be a reference to what the town is known for, and that is lesbians. Northampton Massachusetts has an extremely high gay female population (many of who attend Smith College). I have no idea how these connect, just know what the town is known for.
