Whats my car worth?

So basically parting the car out and selling it totally stock is the best way right? I have a funny feeling Im going to end up using it as a trade in, I know I'll get less but if you think about it, totally stock it will only appeal to old people, who are the predominant owners of these cars anyway, and no way will some old geezer buy a car with this many miles, even though (clutch aside) it runs absolutely perfect. What a pain in the donkey! Ah well she's served me well, I really can't comlain. 2 years and 50,000 miles and all I've ever had to do was change the brake pads and do the oil every 3k, I've never once had one single thing go wrong with this car.
