Good HID replacement?

Good HID replacement?

Postby bluesolara » Sun Jan 15, 2006 10:30 pm

Hey all...

My HIDs are getting dull!! I think they're nearing their lifetime... I've decided to replace 'em right now anyways, get a brighter beam and this time I'm going with low and high beam HIDs.

Is this place good?

Looks cheap... don't want to be cheated into buying crap ones that break though. Does it matter what ballast you have? To match with HID bulbs?

Oh yeah, I'm going with the 4300-5000K for the brightest white light, I don't care about the color... just as bright as bright can get. I have a Hella rebadged "Eagleye" ballast.

Thanks! :D

Um... unless I'm missing something, your link does not have HID's for sale... they're just "xenon" white halogen bulbs.

PS I think real HID replacement bulbs run $100+/pair
