Stock talk about the Generation 1 and 1.5 Toyota Solara which were produced from 1999 to 2003.

What was the first thing you had to replace on your car?

well..if replacing most of the front end due to a head on collision doesn't count  ,

i'd say the 2 front tires at 41k. (although, i don't know what happened to the car before i bought it at 38k)

Other than the first oil and filter, I had to have the power steering pump changed on my '03 Solara at 5000 miles.

I replaced the windshield wiper motor @ 34K. Must have been a defective part. Other than that I haven’t "had" to do anything, other than basic maintenance.
Let's just pretend I didn't grow up, or you're going to be terribly disappointed.

No, it's an OEM part...the O2 sensor that attaches to the exhaust piping. The wires got burned through so I had to get it replaced.

After about 2 days of owning the car I had to replace the gasoline in the tank, somehow the stuff got used up. Must of been because I couldn't stop myself from cruising around in it!!!

The dealer does not give you a full tank of gas when you got it?
