Have no idea where to put this, so mods can move if needed.

I rememeber there being a thread awhile back with a link i think for hard to find TRD parts or spare parts for the S/C applications.. I just can't find it at the moment... My bolt head is getting kinda rounded out, I'm replacing my alternator(well about to anyway), and I'm scared the SOB is gonna get stuck or something.
I called TRD and they said they have nothing in stock but the belts... :agrue:

Good luck.
I could find any. One company wanted to charge me
$49/bolt to make some,but I had to order 100 !!

If you adjust your alternator you can use the OEM one. Its just a pain to get in. The tensioner should never move that far forward, at least in my application it doesnt.

Yea it's a flush head bolt that turns with an allen wrench... It's suppose to be flush with the idler plate

I didn't get that bolt either but the stock one will work just find because I thought the tensioner will hit the bolt but it doesn't. . . just make sure you put like a 3 washer spacer inbetween the pulley plate and alternator. . . Just look at the picture for the install manual and you will know what I am talking about for the spacer

update on this SOB, I go to take out the bolt and notice.. it's not flush with idler plate.... Odd. I turn the allen wrench to see that it had an unusual amount of freespin, The sumbitch comes right out.. I dont know how but it snapped. I ended up putting back on the OEM one.. because I don't have the money for the other ones atm but, i'll get to it ASAP

That exactly what mine looked like. I was scared that the allen wrench was gonna round it out and I wouldn't be able to get it out... but the SOB broke instead
