Solara's

Postby Solara916 » Sat Oct 26, 2002 6:33 am

Here in Sacramento, I have yet to see someone else my age drive a Solara... :D

I see a bunch of older men and women driving it...but i do remember that on Motortrend.com, they had described the Solara as the *Retirement* car, so that somewhat explains to me why they have the car.

All Toyota REALLY needs to do is give the Solara more HP...oh..and the HID system would be nice too...other than that...i see NOTHING wrong with how the Solara is made.

How do the Silverstars look compared to real HID?

I want to get HID but might wait and go with the Silverstars until the prices drop. I'm thinking they'll be down substantially within the next year or two.

Thanks for the link. The silverstars look great but I do love the HID. How do you like the Silverstars compared to HID? In your opinion is it worth the price?

I love my HID, it reduces my eye strain when I am driving at nite.
Pics r at my sig, last page.

Compare to Aftermarket bulb, it's much2 brighter.
It worth every penny imo.

The Silverstars do look great. I've really been wanting to go with HID but just don't want to spend that much. I may just go with the Silverstars.

Hey Flipside- why did you go with the Silverstars on your headlamps and the Cool Blues on your fogs? Instead of Silverstars with both.

How would the Cool Blues look on headlamps and fogs compared to Silverstars?
