ok so far...the car has been repainted, carbon fiber hood installed, the body kit has been molded on...and some of the dash has been fiber glassed and painted...and the roof scoop was put on...the "big project" is ony about 15% done...the paint job (by the way) alone was 7,000 just for the exterior...wish me luck and let me know what you think of the new scoop and cf hood. btw...dont mind the headlights those will be s15's soon! steering wheel...

Postby xXsolaraXx » Sun Feb 09, 2003 1:11 pm

as for the wheel what we had in mind is...the top and bottom of the wheel will be redone in blue suede to match the seats and car...and sides will be dyed black to match the black trim through the center of the dash...the middle will be glassed and painted...this is just an idea...i really dont wanna get a racing wheel cuz i like my solara wheel and the air bags...if any1 has any pics of wheels or idea that would help...please let me know...thanx! GOOD JOB SO FAR!!! I'm not much of a show guy but GOOD JOB....any ways when r the s15 lights going in? Shouldn't u have done that before u did the hood and paint job? aren't u gonna have to cut and fit teh lights in adn then have to repaint again?
