On my to do list I was going to take my cat off the car completely. But then After some talk with my man TRD4Life I decided to take my car to Alamo Motorsports to get my Cat remove alone with a custom Straight Y Pipe. I mean I made it straight. Got my car back and floored the crap out of it. Never felt so much power out of a 4 psi SC in my entire life. Im satisfied with the work they did. Only thing I dont like too much is it sounds like a V6 mustang rather then that V8 Cobro as I hoped.. Other then that even though I have a CEL for knock sensor, this simple mod really did release a big difference in power. Now to my last 3 to do before the car is ready :)

Wow thats sexy... I should have one made... But I wonder if it'll pass MD emissions... I'd have to get one with a high flow cat or somethin...

Haha I was thinking about doing straight but then I wanted my Tanabe to stay on so didnt. But making one wont be hard for me hehe.

Im not saying the price I pay for mine since there were allot of other things going on at the time so my pricing was fair/below what a normal person would pay.. But yeah power is noticable even though I lost to an MR2 just now.

All I can say is the car isnt loud at all. Now I admit it doesnt sound as pretty as it use to be but when I WOT it, GAHHH it roars like a beast that even the choppers guy have to look up at. It sounds like an RX7 mix with mustangs and imports..

As for smog, I dont care about that right now. My uncle does inspection so he doesnt even look at those. All he says is as long the computer part pass me, he'll pass me on everything.
