it almost seems like the drive by is in fast forward, hence the sound maybe being a little higher pitched. anyone agree?

Lol I believe he took the sound from a motorcycle or something and spliced it with the video of the car... If you notice, there's no movement at all when the "revving" occurs (usually the muffler kicks a bit when revved sharply like that).
