megan headers?

Postby QuickSEV6 » Wed Mar 01, 2006 10:25 pm

I am wanting to try a true dual exhaust. I want a Borla system, custom x-pipe and JPP headers. I email JPP and asked how much for just the headers. They quoted me $1000.

Definitely the Y pipe, probably gaskets... I'm not really sure.

From what I know, Megan's price won't be anywhere near JPP's. From what I've heard, it could be as low as $500 for head/y/resonator, but don't quote me on that, not a definite yet.

The moment you've all been waiting so patiently for has arrived.... http://community.webshots.com/album/548317051Anopjv

We had to modify the Y slightly, so this was another test piece. It's being returned as a 100% functional product to Megan for them to clean up and mass produce. I'll make prices and release dates known as soon as I have them.

Well, not to rain on anyones parade, but I finally got pics of those parts I was telling you guys about.

ouch... thats pretty rough. I know a guy with a z that had them and a G35 that has them, both under 6k, neither has had that happen. They also have a 1 year warranty on the product if bought through an authorized dealer...

^^I wont touch it if it only has a 1 year warranty. They gotta be able to do better than that.

I would much rather see a mileage warranty, since my car doesnt get driven much anymore.
