Im so happy I stuck with a TRD muffler. I would have to shoot myself with all the droning. More power to you if you enjoy that noise. Jon.

wang2k,

judging by your icon, im assuming youre a mechanic and you did the internal work yourself.. my engine is coming up on 90k miles and maybe a lil while down the road when i get some cash flow, id like to do the work that you have done..

how much do you think this would cost?

forged internals (bore increase), ported intake, mild head work, upgraded fuel lines.

I wish i wouldnt have gotten the weapon R...the tube is nice and all, but the filter (Although a 10 on the bling scale) was very poorly designed. It is foam and is like an assembly you can take apart to clean the filter which is nice, but what is not nice is the fact that there is a gap between the filter and the housing when everything is assembled... so i switched it to a conical K&N, here is a pic of the WR filter

As for mod prices

Rods=450ish per set(ebay)
pistons=550
Bearings and Gaskets=about 350
Oil pump=got mine for 80 bucks
Machine Work=1000(intake, heads, Machining rods, boring block, they also installed the pistons on the rods)
Exhaust=400ish
Weapon R=160
Big K&N=35
Supercharger=1600
Fuel Lines=135

Im sure i forgot something

I knew i would forget something:

Balancing rotating assembly-500(they said they normally charged 750 and that they cut me a deal because of all the other work...I thought 500 sounded high, does anyone know what others have paid?
