Debate for an Opinion

Okay.. Placed my order with Rippmods for the 5SFE Headers back in Mid October of 2005. It is now March without any webupdates to the Toyotanation GB for the headers from Rippmods. Only a phonecall will get their attention to inquiry about the status. Well, I believe customer relations should be answering the plea on the forum again when I asked in the Rippmods forum in early Jan 2006 and mid Jan. Finally responded but its still a manufacturer fiasco and its taking forever to resolve. Now I believe I can either wait and sell this header to someone once I finally get it in the late future of this year I guess... But it'll never pass CARB as a BIG WARNING. Thus only ppl that don't have emission testings would be interested plus with a 5SFE which is very rare like myself as I hardly see any other 5SFE owners as Turbo gave his up for an IS which I don't hate one bit. I doubt I can pass the emission testings here in Arizona once I put the headers as I felt that I could deal with ripping and putting stock parts back on but that requires money and time so leaving me the option to forgo it while getting a aftermarket catback system like the Apexi WS2 considering that I bet my stock Cat is gonna die out in the next 15k or less. Even though I was gonna do both the Header and Catback, I can only do the catback now as I can't wait much longer as I want to save for a new car in late 07-mid 08 if I can afford it. *prays hard* so tell me ppl. Help find me find the right course of action

I opted to keep it.

I don't know about AZ, but aren't there any 'friendly' emission stations (HINT HINT ahem ahem if you caught my drift).
Disclaimer: Solaraguy doesn't advote anything illegal! Here in Houston, some people i know are on their roads only due to 'friendly' stations. So seek out local honda communities and network with them, you may be surprised by the stuff that is passed!
