I'm trying to find out why my gf's 99 solara V6 fog lights not working. I don't think it's the light bulbs could it be the fuse or something? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

water in the fog lights can cause the bulbs to burn out. This happened to me. It can also be the fuse.
