omg my dad is thinking of trading my solara to a 2006 corola XRS... im going to miss my V6... ok bak to my question...
will there be any chance XRS faster than the solara stock...
from a stop?

xrs is way faster than the solara. enjoy the lift man. it's about as fast as a supercharged corolla S. check out 9thgencorolla.com for more info tell them i sent you

If you're an AUTO tranny solara it's faster, manual I'm not so sure.

Its faster than a 4cyl solara but not faster than an auto v6.

xrs runs mid to low 15s.. ive yet to see too many manual solaras do that normally..

either way u cant go wrong... its lighter and a bit smaller, not to mention beter for hauling friends around
and you can fit your stock hood in the back seats lol..

yeah i know... corola is a corola and SOLARA is a SOLARA cant mutch them together.... but oh well... i have to face the truth of DOWNGRADING myself driving a corola
toyota dealership taking my solara for $12,000CA about $10,400US , 108,000km is that a resonable price? SLE V6 auto fully loaded 2000

my sister has a xrs she is very happy with and after driving both alot in my professional opinion, my v6 auto solara is a whole lot faster than the corolla but the corolla is a really nice car it has a lot more sweet options than the corolla s but in the end its just no substitute for a solara
