Im sure you can use the stock solara strut bar... it works just as fine as the TRD Front Strut Tower Brace...

I have a stock one if you want it... PM me

Gen 3camrys, solara strut bar does fit on the bolts, but hood does not close......

^^ you have a gen4.5 Camrty, any cheap one from ebay will do you suffice. A gen1 or gen1.5 stock bar from a solara will fit your car as well.
