check ebay and type in:
"solara gauge" and it will pull up a plethora of gauges that will fit our cars.

procarparts.com is also a good website to go to, and most of their items are on sale at ebay.

silverstars are slightly brighter than stock, but not worth the price in my opinion. it'll still be a bit yellow in the light output. you can try those "cool white" bulbs on ebay if you're into replacing bulbs every couple of months or so. if not, try searching for a name brand when looking for bulbs that will produce a cleaner, whiter light output.

Nokya, i think, would be one....

As for gauge clusters - 1999-2003 Solaras, 1997-2001 Camrys.

As for the Silverstars - they're a LOT better than stock headlights in my opinion, and they're not so expensive that you can't stomach buying them. Just MAKE SURE you don't touch the bulb itself. PIAA bulbs are supposedly "better", but $100 versus $35 doesn't sit right with me.

you know... from what I've been able to gather, the silverstars burn out rather quickly. I remember one member saying that he's basicly paid for HID's over the last few years with all the silverstars he's replaced.

I had a pair of silverstars in my car for a little over 2 and a half years....wasn't as bright as I'd hoped for but they lasted a lot longer than you all are talking about. Now I've got some cheapo apc lights and they're just as bright as the silverstars for half the price :drinking:
