I'm going to do this when I change my wheels (cant wait!) for the summer
any tips from someone who has (or hasnt, i dont care) done this
type of paint, special precautions, etc.

I actually didn't paint mine myself, but i watched my mechanic do it as he changed my brakes. Do not buy just a high heat brake, be sure to buy special brake paint. Use brake cleaner and get rid of all dirt. It will take several coats. I went through 3 cans for 4 calipers. I believe peter has step by step pictures
