btw, back to racing the xrs vs. solara gen1. not only in straight line would there be opinions but what about on mountain roads and track racing? of course, very difficult to determine. if long uphills, the xrs might have tough time keeping pace but everything else i think the xrs would lose the gen1's, auto or manual. but again, the xrs motor must be kept on tap and has little power when bogs.

We're all Toyota brothers and sisters; there's no hostility involved in this.

dam, everytime i read one of your posts, i have to look at your deranged pimped out corolla. i don't want to seem opinionated, but it's just too darn ugly and i have to look at it every time. can you plase save me the visual yuck i get and put something nice to look at instead? i think this is affecting my health. no offense to you, of course.

Aww... seems nobody likes my Poser Mobile :-( Fine fine, my car's back up... Just doesn't look right without my tints though, I gotta take new pics...

uphill i'd probably loose. no torque what so ever. everything else though, I'm fairly confident. The rolla already has quite a kill list...

Dunno if you'd lose on hills and turns, Corolla handles better...

When are we gonna do this?

some of the local XRS guys and I are getting together for the mega meet this saturday. I'm meeting of of my friends in springfield around 6ish. We'll drive down to Woodbridge and arrive around 6:30. From there we'll grab a bite to eat and wait for the MD XRS's to come down and meet us around 8 ish. Then we all roll together to the meet. If you'd like to tag along you're more than welcome. we could find a time to run somewhere in there

Sorry bro, Saturday I'm gonna be with my friends / girlfriend watching the GMU Final Four game at that time. I may be free sometime earlier though. If this weekend doesn't work we'll figure something out.
