5X114.3 also means: 5lugs by 4.5 inches
as in, they just left off the .3 in the description apparently
you are straight with those rims as far as bolt pattern, check and double check your offset though

im still looking for the offset, but on the axis website it saying these rims are specifically made for front wheel drive with no body modifications.
