The problem with mine is that the gears that make the screen flip out don't work.

Update: I got it back it's installed but the guy that did the bypass messed up and I can't do anything no Navi and no DVD :( I guess the unit thinks it's driving all the time, I guess it's time to go back to the old drawing board.

The navigation will function while driving (ie it was still give you directions), but you can not program it or watch a dvd while driving

I got the n2 bypassed I can watch dvd video or do navigation costed me 50 bones but honestly I didn't care for it either way.

Any idea how they did it? I knew they could bypass the avic d2 with a drop of solder on one of the connections. I didn't know it was possible on the n2

The guy took it to another shop then brought it back, I asked him how they did it he said something about a resistor, honestly I don't think he knew.

Your bypass worked? I read about it here
