Mirror tint

Postby DonJuanCU1 » Fri Feb 21, 2003 10:30 am

I got the mirror tint like on the lexus suv's to go on my tan solara. the tint is mirror and very reflective with an overcast but on sunny days the tint is silver/light blue and can see in fine. My friend got the bronze type so we got a deal at 130 a piece. No trouble in police in KY!

actually the california law changed this year, according to a well known tint shop, Whittier Tint Shop (snoop dog and others...)

Anything you want all around except for the windshield and front windows.

However, you can now get a light tint LEGALLY on the front windows... so light that it might not even be worth it, but it is legal.

In my area, coupes with dark tint all around get pulled over solely for the tinting... but sedans seem to get away with it... just remember, you can always just get it taken off for the dmv inspection then put it back on (if you have the lifetime warranty)
1GR-FE ftw!
