hey guys, this is a question for my friend of mine who drives 99 solara SE (i drive a 99 sle).. he wants to know how to do a burnout in his car (automatic) .. like how to do it (e-brake/traction control [on/off] ) lol, sorry for the stupid question but i told him id ask you vets for some advice. thanks a bunch. :oops:

AZEagle - Basically, holding the brake pedal all the way down with one foot, while pressing the gas with the other foot.

Or, spray a lot of water on the pavement, and put some tire shine goop on the tires. :x

Yes it is.... Hold ebrake up and press gas, only rear tires lock unlike power braking.

put some oil down underneath the tires as well. this will really get them spinning and create a cloud of smoke that will make the entire car disappear! kinda stupid and will melt the tires, but it would be hilarious and the $300 for a new set of tires for 10 min of fun should be enough to satisfy that wanting to do a burnout urge. oh yeah, and make sure you dont run anyone over cause the driver wont be able to see anything...
