My hood latch failed(ripped the bolts out of the front support...(YIKES i know) The hood blew off and dented my roof pretty badly and busted the windshield(i was going like 90-100 ish. Also, my rear bumper/trunk had damage from a previous accident, the there are various little dings/chips that are bugging me, so i decided to get that whole car painted...

Im getting a VIS hood as well

The color is metallic blue, and there will be lots of pearl in the clear...

Also, i am pulling an outright copycat move...im painting the roof black and the edges of the hood blue...I dont know if youve ever seen one like that lol so here is a pic of what i have in mind...this guy may be on this board...i dont know LOL :D Image

can i call it the blue knight??? PLEASE

Dont you think it would look sik sik sik with the black wheels and the middle of the hood being CF?? Gabe please comment...

We're going to have to make the "SG Knights" ...I balck trunk would look nice. Good thing were on opposite sides of the country. Our cars are going to look very similiar...cept for wheels

sounds like a good plan. As long as you dont copy my exact paint color (3 stage red pearl) i wont be offended in any way at all. I am all for it ,a blue solara like mine would be sweet!

oh you KNOW im gonna let you know how it turns out, 3 stage blue pearl! What color is your basecoat?? im gonna gues its a dark color...that red is evil!! So you have red pearl flakes in your clear, correct??
