hey guys, i got a hold of my friends stock wheels off of his EV?O. they are 17x8s... whats the best size tires so i wont rub the wheel well?

i have no clue - i just know they are EVO wheels and are 17x8. i just need to know what size tires - ive got no clue

There's a list at the bottom. I can only guarantee up to the 225 widths as far as not rubbing.. You should be able to get away with most 235s, but due to the different 'cuts' of tire from different manufacturers some may be a bit thicker.

^^^^ with that rim width i would go "235/50R17 = 666.8mm = .2% difference" if this calc is correct.

i think i've seen a few people who have 235 on their cars, offset will decide if it will fir or not.
