I think its been roughly 3 years thus far since my last surgery....i go to meet my doc annually for him to check it out, but since this has happened twice to me (small intestines rupturing my testicles)..doc's advise is to take it easy for 5 years but more than likely he will advise against lifting weights or any strenous work forever...Trust me there is no pain like something rupturing your balls!
