^^yes, those will fit fine.

camry gauges are the same on procarparts.com. the gauges are three separate pieces, so the way they are positioned in the photo doesn't affect their proper fitment.

FYI - The 1997-2001 Camry gauge cluster is identical (more or less) to the 1999-2003 Solara cluster. You can pull the entire unit from a Camry and plug it into a Solara no problem. The only difference is that the Camry had white needles (which I ganked and put on my Solara!). The Gen 1 - 1.5 Solaras share about 90% of their parts with the Camrys - which is why we have so many of our four-door brothers here. :)

Here's the stock cluster, sporting the white needles...

Image
Here's the stock cluster, with the white needles, and the stock lighting (Why green, Toyota? Why?!)

Image
This is what the back of the stock needles looks like. A little sanding, or paint thinner, or nail polish remover will take care of that...

Image
Here's what the "clear" needles look like on a gauge cluster - they really don't stand out like they should. I'm planning to grab some paint and re-paint the bottom of the needles; for my purposes, I will probably go with some kind of metallic silver backing - you could easily do whatever color you wanted. Bear in mind, though, that if the lights in the back are colored (or stock, even without the green bulb condoms), it will affect how the needles come out (as you can see with the white on stock green).

Image
And here's an idea of what the white-on-white can look like with the proper back-lighting.

after some serious thought i kinda want to experiment with a black/yellow scheme (my car is black and i have a yellow livestrong decal across the top of the windshield *hence the source of the idea) so i was thinkin maybe goin with white face glow gauges and painting the needles yellow and then for the effect at nite have the gauges glow yellow..wouldnt i just need to replace the bulbs when i get the glow gauges or is it more involved than that? i would apprecite any ideas you guys have as to how i might achieve my vision lol

if you get white faced glow gauges, they'll only light up green or blue. i don't think there's just a simple white gauge overlay that DOESN'T light up.

if you want the gauge cluster yellow simply replace the bulbs in your dash with yellow bulbs...
