what is the hardware to protect a cold air intake from inducing water into the engine?

it's called an Air Bypass valve

can anyone find an INJEN cold air intake for a toyota solara 03' sle v6!!! i am only finding short ram....

Injen never made a CAI, but Under Pressure (or UPFD) made a cold air extension for use with Injen SRI. You can contact them at (714) 890-5153. They should still have some available.
