i just received my twm short shifter and i tried installing it. now i removed everything but i cant seem to remove the stock short shifter. after i raise up the top part of the plastic thingy (that holds down the SS) i cant seem to remove it. does anyone have a diagram they could send to me? or can someone tell me how to remove the short shifter (after all the clips and everything is removed)? it doesnt wanna come out. it has like a hinge in the back and thats why it doesnt come out. help me guys. i need to have this done by tonight...

come on guys... no one knows how to install a short shifter? i tried to search but the links dont seem to work. pls help...

Hmmm... You might want to try your Chiltons/Hayes Manual; I saw something about it, but then again I drive an SLE, therefore unfortunately no stick :( . Free bump.
