Yo Yo....First, let me say, "THANKS To: All of you here on Sol.Guy for all the support and MAD PROPS!!! Thanks Guys...and Gals....It means a lot...."

SO....to show you all how much it means here is what I got going....

ACT CLUTCHS FOR 99-02 V6....
Image

Image
PART # ACT TY3-HDMM
This is the Street Strip Kit. You gain about 38% more clamping force and it will hold up to 390 Ft Lbs. This is a good up grade for anyone running stage 1 up grades (Exhaust, Intake, Chip ect..) This clutch will last you a lot longer than the stock replacements. Also being a "Full Street Disc" it makes engagement feel more like a stock clutch. The Street/Strip Disc had hub dampeners making for quite operation and "increased clutch life."
MSRP: $467.21
On Line Dealers: 390.00 to 429.00 (ACT Authrzd DEALERS)
Ebay: 369.95 + 24.00 S/H (Buy at your own risk)
MY SALE PRICE: 359.99 + 19.95 S/H

Now for all you "Triple F's"(Forced Feed Fella's) I have the 4 and 6 Puk Kits....

Image
ACT TY3-HDR4
This 4 PUK Set up is more of a Track Clutch. It will hold up to 499 Ft Lbs with the same 38% Clamp Load Increase (CLI). This clutch has very harsh engagement. This is not a good daily driver, especially if you live in or commute in a big city with “Nut to Butt” or “Stop n Go” traffic. To be honest this is really only good for Track and if you are making big HP and TQ and you really want to put it to the ground…
MSRP: $466.67
On-Line Dealers: 395.00 to 429.00 (ACT Authrzd Dealers)
Ebay: 369.95 + 24.00 S/H
MY SALE PRICE: 354.99 + 19.95 S/H S/H

The 6PUK...Best for S/C and BPU+++

Image
PART # ACT TY3-HDR6
This is a very good set up for anyone running S/C and or Stage 3+ MODS (CAMS, Pulleys, and so on...) This set has the same CLI (38%) and Tq Capacity of 499Ft Lbs. The only DIFFERENCE is the engagement is ALOT better that the 4PUK. We hope to have the new "G" Disc (Sprung 6Puk Hub) In by Summer this year....Stay tuned I will post it as soon as it is avilb.
MSRP: $487.22
On-Line Dealers: 399.00 to 469.00 (ACT Authrzd Dealers)

I'm just going to get the first one. I don't need ALL that gripping power, and I Think it would make daily driving a bit more difficult. But I'm going to need something soon to hold up under the 100 shot.

Really? I woudl imagine it's a bitch! I'm just going to upgrade to a stage one or something when I spray the 100 shot on my car. Lots of power and torque, but not enough that it neccessitates anything more.

And Larry, when did you decide to pull that front fascia swap on us? I didn't even notice til I looked at your pic. How hard is it to do really? Do you need any parts other than the lights and bumper/grille to make it work?

All you need is the bumper, grille, headlights, corners, and new wire harness for the 9005/9006. Not difficult, but it's a tight fit. You'll have to shave a bit off the headlight, but it's just plastic. Now, I've just got to get the TRD fronts and sides painted. Also, I've got to get the black widow sides removed. :D
