Tokico struts and eibach springs

How hard would it be to install these myself? I know I would need a spring compressor and a few other tools. Has anyone done this themselfs? Where would I go about finding instructions?

I saw that a group buy was going on with the springs and struts, so I was wondering how hard it would be to do it urself
thanks in advance
Scott

Also... will it improve my ride? or will it have no change other than the height from the ground?
Thanks in advance

Actually, dropping the car hurts your ride. Not too much, but every pothole will become a bit larger :). However, the stability at high speeds and in cornering is drastically increased. Since the Solara has such a cream puff OEM suspension, I think this trade off is well worth it! Not to mention it looks so much better. 8)
Let's just pretend I didn't grow up, or you're going to be terribly disappointed.

Great Improvement

On my 01 SE V6 I have the Eibach/Tokico combination. During the summer (as pictured on my www.) I have 18" Konig Verdicts with 225/40 18s. Now I have my stock 16" Toyota OEMs with 205/60 16? and the ride is very close to stock comfort wise, though handling is MUCH improved vs. stock. I paid $220 for the Eibachs shipped and $370 for the Tokico's shipped, install was $150. Jon.

i got my springs for free, and tokicos for 340 pickup. installed myself, and im lovin the results. i totally agree with tads, ride quality is definately hurt, but its made up more than enough from look and control/stability when cornering or traveling at high speeds. it was definately worth the 340 for me. best 340 i've ever spent on anything :D
