call me an idiot, but i have a dumb question. i just got my TRD RSB and noticed something about the bushings. is it supposed to be cut horiztonally on one of the sides? it's like an open flap. looks like someone just took a blade and made a horiztonal slit. help me out. thanks.

How else can you put the bushing on the waybar without an opening?
