Now that I have a shaved trunk and i am having a custom mesh black grille made for me next week im thinking about TRD emblems. But seeing as how i have an auto sle v6 im not sure if itll be ricey for me to get those or itll look good. I want 1 trd emblem on the bottom left corner of the trunk lid and one on the bottom right hand side of the grille. What do you guys think? Go for it or forget about it.

For me, the only emblem on the trunk that I've removed is the TOYOTA on the driver's side. I replaced it with an aluminum TRD badge. With the red paint and the red background on the badge, it looks like it came that way from the factory. I'd love to have the rest off but Gen2s are a bit more complicated. Plus, I paid too much for the V6 badge to remove it and be mistaken for the I4.



The key is not to look like you stuck a cheap badge on it. Personally, I don't care for the soft gel type badges. Looks like something made in China. Stick with the metal / chrome ones. It's worth the extra bucks.

as long as youve taken off all other emblems (factory or other aftermarket) and just stick to those two on the trunk and grille, youll be fine... but be sure theyre of good taste and not whackazz ghetto lookin stickers

Do you have any TRD parts on your car? If not don't do it. You'd be just like those people that put Type R, etc stickers on their cars, gay.

i think a completely shaved trunk with no decals looks better! On the grill, i'm planning the same thing!

You must be retarded. Duh yes I know what a TRD kit is. Look at Mr Chunks pics that he posted of his new lights in the pictures section. HE DOES NOT HAVE A TRD KIT.
