As nice as I think the ES350 is, I dont think hes cross shopping the ES since the Cobra is on his list. ES350 is pure luxury (The purest luxury this side of $50K IMO), not sport. Great buy, but not what hes lookin at.

C6 Corvette should be on your list of cars to test. I'd get one of those over the Cobra. Its got a little finesse over the pure brute of the Cobra, and sure to turn more heads than anything else on your list.

Actually, if you want my honest advice, now taht you got a nice paying job, don't spend the money before you make it. Work the new job, save it up, and then pay down the new car in cash, no bills, no interest, no worries, no issues later.

From what he has listed, looks like he's shopping for a coupe. Too bad more auto manufacturers don't offer vehicles in the coupe line. I myself will NEVER own a sedan- never have, never will.

That is some good advise, also that Lexus concept is a supercar in Ferrari territory. So thats out of his price range.

I'd say the GS... Luxurious, RWD and V8; they even have a V6 AWD and RWD. If you're a coupe person, then the M3. However, unless you're positively outgrown of the 'Lara, you might want to keep it. I mean, what if you get some hot-crap car that's even better than what I mentioned? 'Lara could = Commuter car, grocery getter, ghetto-neighborhood car or any place you'll take it when your other baby might be at risk. I'd hate to use it for that purpose, but if I got filthy rich, call me crazy, but I'll park it next to my Murcielago (but probably get a convertible and trick the hell out of it).

For anyone interested, here is the Eos. It's coming out sometime this summer. It's a had top convertible, and I LIKE it! :D It has a sunfroof AND a convertible top.

Sorry about the pic format. VW.com doesn't let you drag the pics from this particular page and save them. I had to capture the screens and then convert them to .jpg
