Toyota LIED about my Clunk suspension noise.

Toyota LIED about my Clunk suspension noise.

Today I got around to taking my car to the shop and getting my tokico putted in and finding that stupid clunking noise on my rear suspension. First off I dont feel too much difference with the tokico but I feel safer with it.

Any who. Went to toyota and got charge 100 BUCKS!!!! Went 2 times. Both time they tooked 4 hours and gaved me nothing but BULLSHIT. second time they qouted me 1120 in repair labor and parts. They told me everything broke and has to replace everything. I complain about the two different stories and it went on. Well today I went to Alamo Autosports and they fixed my problem with ease.....

It was just a loose Rear Sway Bar bolt. I was like WTF. It increased my dissapointed at the ASE certified guys at toyota. Specially when they spented 4 hours (8 hours total), droved my car and used 30 miles in my speedometer, told me two different stories, and didnt back up their work.

I would tell those guys at toyota whats up. Maybe if you bitch enough they may give your $100 bucks back for being so stupid. That is if you still have your reciept for the $100 bucks and the quote saying your whole suspension needs to be replaced for this much. Ive done that before and got half back. But that was from Midas. Dont ever go there either.

Dat, is english your first language? I know before you mentioned that you are no longer in school. I was assuming that you meant that you graduated. My english teacher would have killed me if I wrote anything with that many grammer mistakes in it.
I'm sorry. I don't mean to be condescending, but come on. I hope you don't talk like that.

Ok, on to the content. Did you take your car to Texas Toyota in Grapevine or was that Freeman? I haven't been to Freeman yet, but I've had nothing but bad experiences with Texas Toyota. I can't say enough bad things about them. Stay clear at all costs.

Oh, I have to agree with you that Alamo does good work. I need to visit them again shortly.

Better to have bad grammer then a drug dealer anyday. So complain all you want.

Sad thing was that at the time my suspension was stock with just rims. That tells me how much more gay it is for them to come with gay assumption and predictions.

Ok, good tip. Stay away from Texas Toyota of Grapevine *and* Freeman Toyota.
With all of these bad dealerships, it's amazing that Toyota is such a large company.

Well, on a good note, I have good things to say about McNatt Toyota. It would be a long drive for you (Denton), but I'm very impressed with thier service. I'll give them two thumbs up.

Not all dealership tech's are alien to modified cars. At least here in Texas...some of the tech's personal cars are to die for! I think bad dealerships should be 'HIGHLIGHTED' so that others here are aware of issues. Thanks for bringing it up!
