On the v6 engine there are 2 - Bank 1 sensors and 1 - Bank 2 sensor. The Bank 1 sensors are located on the exhaust manifolds. The Bank 2 sensor is located on the aft section of the catalytic convertor. Sensor 1 is always going to be on the same side as Cylinder #1 in regards to ignition timing. So, in the case of the Solara v6, Sensor 1 is going to be on the firewall side of the engine. Its a tight fit and I would definently recommend a O2 sensor socket to help get a good hold of the sensor. Sensor 2 is going to be the easily accessed sensor next to the oil filter.
