Throttle Body Cleaning

I guess its time i clean my throttle body, and wanted to be re-acquianted with new products out there and what all you all are using (besides the toothbrush). In the past, i used a no name brands (o'rileys, napa, their store brand spray cans). I saw SeaFoam Deep Creep.What are the spray can cleaners you all use?

yes, its a lubricant & a cleaner in one. i've never hear of it before yesterday, thats why i asked you guys about it.
